How does escrow work?
Your deposit is held securely when you book. The balance is charged 7 days before the event, and the full amount is released to the talent 24 hours after both sides confirm the event happened.
What does 'verified' mean?
ROSTR checks identity, references and insurance before a talent profile shows the verified badge.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes. Refunds follow the cancellation policy shown at checkout at the time you booked.
When do talent get paid?
Payouts are released 24 hours after both parties confirm event completion.
I didn't get my verification email.
Check spam, then use 'Resend confirmation' on the login page. Links expire after 24 hours.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Account settings and choose Delete account. Your data is removed as described in our Privacy Policy.
