The agreement between you, ROSTR FZ-LLC, and other users of the ROSTR platform.

1. About these Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and ROSTR FZ-LLC ("ROSTR", "we", "us"), registered in the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC), Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By creating an account or using rostr-platform.lovable.app and related services (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms.
2. The Platform
ROSTR is a curated marketplace that connects clients with verified Masters of Ceremony ("MCs"). ROSTR is not a party to the contract for services between a client and an MC, except where we expressly act as a limited payment agent through our escrow process.
3. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter binding contracts. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.
4. Bookings, payments & escrow
Quoted prices, service fees, travel, and taxes are shown at checkout. Deposits and balances are held in escrow and released to the MC according to the booking and cancellation policy in force at the time of booking.
5. Cancellations & refunds
Cancellation windows, refund amounts, and rescheduling rules are defined in ROSTR's Cancellation & Refund Policy, shown at checkout. By booking you accept the policy displayed at that time.
6. Content & conduct
You retain rights to content you upload but grant ROSTR a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and promote it on the Platform. You agree not to upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harassing content.
7. Verification
ROSTR performs identity, reference, and insurance checks on listed MCs. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, performance, or fitness for a particular event.
8. Disputes
If a booking goes wrong, contact support@rostr-platform.com within 14 days of the event. ROSTR will mediate in good faith but is not obliged to issue refunds outside the published policy.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ROSTR's aggregate liability arising from your use of the Platform is limited to the fees paid to ROSTR in the 12 months preceding the claim. We exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or harm other users. You may close your account at any time from your account settings.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app at least 30 days before they take effect.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the DIFC Courts.
